This site helps you request life-insurance, retirement, and college-funding information and book a consultation with Isaiah Mendiola, a Nevada-licensed independent insurance agent based in Las Vegas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

Only what you choose to enter, which may include:

Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and state.
Qualifying answers: the goals, household, occupation, income range, and general health details (date of birth, sex, tobacco use) you select to help size and price coverage.
Basic technical data: standard analytics such as page views and which actions were taken, used to understand and improve the site.

We do not ask for, and you should not enter, your Social Security number, bank, or payment information anywhere on this site.

How we use it

To prepare an estimate and contact you about coverage you asked about.
To schedule and confirm your consultation.
To submit an application on your behalf when you choose to apply.
To improve the site and understand where visitors come from.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do what you asked, never for sale. Specifically, with:

Insurance carriers (and our agency, Vantage Financial Alliance) to prepare quotes and process applications.
Service providers that run parts of this experience, for example Calendly (scheduling) and Ethos (online application), each under their own privacy terms.
Authorities, only if required by law.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) and, if advertising is run, a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. These help us see what's working; you can block them with your browser or ad-blocker settings.
